I could see this selling on ebay for a bit over face. Not low low, but still pretty nice.

I don't think it's a low enough number to be considered a 'low serial number' but all the same, I'd grab it for now since you can get it at face value.

I just did some searching and it looks like you want the number to be under 100 to be considered low. So.... I guess it's not a keeper.

It's interesting...that low of a number (albeit not a true "low number") could probably bring you a net profit of 5-10 on ebay.

Since it's not really a "low" low number, the interest probably drops off a bit more since the face value requires a lot up front to hold onto this bill. If it was a $1 I'd say you could get around $5 at least.
