Hi, checking leftover holiday banknotes, see photo is the smear from the '12' common error and release back or something should be held? If it has some value any ideas about worth? thanks ErikP

Leftover holiday banknotes? Based on that signature it appears to be somewhat of an older bill. If you have many that are new and in sequence of that series you may have something of interest to some people. However that note itself won't hold anything over face value.
