As owner of CoinFest (the company), I receive many emails asking about cities and even countries abroad. This is a new company for me, and event planning is far different than buying and selling coins. (My main business).
However, the ability to transport coins back and forth across the border between Canada and the U.S. has changed quite a bit in the past few years. It is not all that easy anymore.
Now that isn't to say that I would not consider it at some point down the road, but it won't be soon.
The 2006 cities are Indy, San francisco, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Rehobeth Beach. A very slim chance of Dover being picked up again, but not planned as of yet.
There are small coin clubs that set up simular activities, so maybe you can find one close to your area.
