64 LMC May Have A Sweet DDO

Picked this up today and was surprised at the spread of doubling. Couldn't find a picture of a similar LMC but James Wiles contributed a DDO 1964 with an apparent strong spread and wasn't sure if this was a similar coin or something else. If it is a DDO then I want to perhaps send it off for photos b/c I think it is one of the nicer DDO's out there that I've seen and hopefully a few more end up in some CCF hands if it is in fact legit. These were the best pics I could do on the fly and will post more of the rest of the coin as soon as possible.
