Surface looks proofy making me wonder about the resolution of the image, but I'll go with 63 or 64 RD for now

Try taking pictures directly over the coin and not at an angle. Angled shots are fine to supplement overhead shots but not by themselves. The coin looks very flat, no indication of luster at all.

Don't see luster either but, not sure if it's because of the way the photo was taken.
