It's a posthumous commemorative AE4 of Constantine I ("The Great"). The attribution is Sear 3889.

Turn the reverse one quarter to the right for the correct orientation.

Mine...

Its commonly referred to as the MANVS DEI. The hand of God. Its also the first and only appearance of the Judeo-Christian God on a Roman coin. Very cool.
