This is a minor RPM on a 1989D dime. There is a split on the top serif. I know it is minor but these are hard to find! I have found a good number on Lincoln cents from the late 80's with this same type of doubled serif but I have never found one on a dime until now.

What do you think? Does finding this type of thing in change excite anyone else?

It is a RPM. It reminds me of one I found on an 88-D RPM cent:
