Silver certs are rarely worth much above face, maybe 1.5 5o 2 in standard circulated condition. Yours is more than standard circulated, so I agree with probably face. Maybe 5 cents above face (it is a silver cert after all, no longer produced)...but without including it in a set of silver certs to sell as a lot, I think you'd have trouble finding a buyer.
