The coin here probably merits that grade technically, but I'm put off by the area next to the top star. Methinks that's a dealbreaker which keeps the coin out of a righteous slab, and is cause for alarm. Find one without that spot for under $300, it gets snagged on the spot. The pics are small but that coin has a strong argument for MS64+. Aside the spot. Report this Post to the Staff

Behind the hair on the neck and under the word cent. To me it looks like someone touched up these photos to hide something.
