Yemen. Looks like AH 1373 (1953). I can't tell the denomination though.

The writing outside the circle can be the names of the 4 caliphs (first picture).
Does anybody know why there is a date (AH1367) on the second picture?

It's the ascension data of Imam Ahmad, was quite common to have accession date and current date or accession date and reign year on coins of monarchies
