I have all of the tiny treasures/baby gift sets 1995-2013 except 2008 - still searching for that one. Buying the 2014 was an easy decision.  Quote:

Do you collect them, or due to reduced price? I guess you missed my post above - I have all of the sets since 1995 except 2008 - so I guess you could say I collect them.  Most I have bought at below issue price, though I did pay a small premium for a few. But it's hard to beat half price. Edited by CC-Ottawa

No, I didn't miss, but now I understand.
You didn't rush to get it, when issued (to add it to collection), due to previous experience with these sets.
