I would never in my life condone doing so, but hypothetically, if you have a PROOF-70 ASE in a PCGS case, then take a drill and drill a hole cleanly into the coin, not rattling it or disturbing any other part of the coin...

and you submit it to ANACS which gives numerical grades to details coins.

What would it come back as?

MS70 Details or MS69 Details or what?

I'm pretty sure they use only MS60 for Mint State Details coins.
