I do not remember exactly (since my mom bought them), but I think my first folders were no more than a dollar each.

I can't really remember but I too think I used to be able to buy them for about that. Sure is a shame they are now made in China.

Old books are like time capsules to me (since I wasn't alive yet when this was published). This was 1956, prices seem to have moved up a bit.

Where were they originally made from?
