http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1934-Geor...em58b985cd33Bidding is up to £410 at the moment, for a COPY (clearly stated if you read the small print). Is it worth it? I very much want a wreath crown, any year any grade, to complete a type set. Genuine coins are cheaper than this for decent grades. Where would I find one of these copies for a space filler while waiting for a good deal on a real one, without paying extra for the ebay experience?

The seller makes no bones about this piece NOT being a genuine coin. Very obviously honest (on the face of it) 410 pounds? Bewilders me! Dumb bidders OR shill bidders just trying to find another subtle way to sell fake coins, without having the entry delisted.

On the Aliexpress site for the price of $5.70 for 2 delivered. Quote: Dumb bidders OR shill bidders I think 100% bids, 34% bids and 43% bids with this seller gives it away.

I think for someone who doesn't have English as a first language they wouldn't know this is fake. He doesn't say fake, he says "pattern crown", now, if you look up pattern it's going to say something like design. Wreath design. The denomination is "BASED ON Wreath Crown" which also might not get picked up by those with English as a second language.
This seller is CLEARLY trying to mislead people by using words which are as far away from the negative like fake, and as close to anything as he can without actually having to lie. Ie, this is like sales, they might not actually lie, but they're being morally reprehensible.

its the same coin (fake) get many as you like from China, strange the seller of that coin for 51 GBP sells beds, carpets etc so why not put a odd fake up now and then maybe both sellers know each other.
Really this kind of stuff should not be allowed cheating buyers as the sellers DO know what they are selling

Just the kind of "bad apple" ebay must eventually come to grips with. No fakes or copies should be allowed period! Ruins the hobby .
