I recently came across a sale for a 2004 - 2014 Somalia Elephant Jubilee Coin Set and Certificate.

Does anyone have more information about this set? What was the original issue price? Who sold it? Could average collectors (rather than dealers) buy one of the 500 sets?

Finally, what do you think is a fair purchase prices for the set? I am not interested in the box or certificate.
