your pictures are a little blurry, but I believe your coin is a 1 Piso from the Philippines KM# 269. The coin date is on the front 1998, and the date on the back is the date the Central Bank was established, 1993.

Thanks for the explanation, sorry for the blurry pictures, it's 1996 and 1993. I was very confused for a minute :P
