A bit of a weak strike, (but that is pretty normal). Overall it is pretty clean. I'll trust that you attributed this coin as there are several varieties for this date.
Grading wise, you should be able to pick up a 61 or 62. Looks as if there are some wipe marks near the date, but it could easily be in the pic.
