Since the exergue reads 'pCON' it tells you that it was minted in Constantinople and most likely the first officina (could be a different letter and not the 'P').

Yes, you are right - confused it with the Byzantine 'CON' of which we had so many lately.
But trying to get an attribution number I would have stumble across that myself.
Was actually unsure for a second but then was distracted by finding something to post.

So it was a single guess on after all even though it is provincial, but glad you got it and not 'Augustus_Maximus' - might get something more diverse:
