Hint- This king is old school and put himself on the reverse.

Most coins which have a rider on the reverse don't show the king even with the legend around given the name.
One who did it on some coins (weak guess):

AR Drachm 17 mm x 2.42 g
Obverse: BASILEWS NIKYFOROU ANTIMAXOU, Nike walking left, holding branch, monogram before.
Reverse: Karoshti legend: Maharajasa jayadharasa Antimakasa, armed and uniformed King on horseback galloping right. Taxila mint, MACW 1674.
Sellers Note: These bilingual drachms were struck during Antimachos'' occupation of Gandhara and Taxila, (Pakistan and North Western India) ca.168-160 BC.

Had to check because of the different listings for names/times,
I have it as Phraataces and some have it as Phraates V but I'll give it to you.
