Easy one...based on the clue more so than the image: It was under this dapper fellow's rule that Crassus' troops suffered the devastating defeat at Carrhae. P.S. Perhaps more clear to say "it was during his rule" since it was actually under the command of this fellow's general - known to history as Surena â€" that the defeat occurred.
