V.K. got it ! I did not expect this to be that difficult , sorry about that  What I meant by " this person" was gender neutral so it could be an Emperor or Empress or a homely looking Empress in this case.

@ Echizento. I was responding to Meds. last comment that the coin was of Julian II . I responded that I wish the coin was of Julian II and that he( Julian) was better than the rest of his dynasty. Sorry for the confusion .  I probably should have clarified that.
