I will say MS-64-65, the pictures really need to be a little bigger to really see whats going on in the fields but from what I can see they look clean. I am giving the coin the benefit of the doubt here and saying the marks I see are on the holder its in instead of the coin itself

MS65 minimum. The absence of heavy bag marks on the cheek makes me grade it higher since Morgans are well known for that. Nice coin!
