After doing some research on it, it is a re-designed crown, double aquaduct variety, if anyone can offer more info or correct my findings I would be grateful, ty, cheers. Jon Dia, approx 26mm Weight approx 6.13 Note; the place where I found it was not settled until around 1800ish and I also found half a dozen early 1800 copper tokens and cents. Of course back then there was no numismatic value and it was still a silver coin. So perhaps extended circulation is the case. Report this Post to the Staff
M_d_in_guy Pillar of the Community Canada 1049 Posts	Posted 12/12/2014 1:09 pm Ty Bob, that makes sense, where I found these was between a rock and the river bed where I'm thinking that was where the clothes were washed, I also found about 25 approx 1815-1836 English Royal Navy military buttons.
