First let me say I hate the RCM website. For one thing they make it impossible to link to a specific sort on a page which is incredibly dumb.

Anyways, I check the new release page every day, then resort by release date. Ugh.

This coin just showed up at the top of the list today, but there's a review from almost a month ago. Ugh again.

Is there any accurate place to look that I'm unaware of?

Wasn't this one originally part of a set across various Commonwealth countries? Maybe they just 're-released' it as a stand alone?

Although the New Releases section shows the new coins, RCM uses it also to advertise coins that are available again. For example, if a coin is sold out and then it becomes available (possibly because of returns) you'll see the coin there. If a coin is part of a subscription and then is sold individually, the same history. And sometimes, they decide to just come alive some coins...
