Sorry I did not take out of the case-if clearer pics r neede I will try again-I've compared this with 2 other proof sets and am pretty certain it's type 2,input appreciated thanks!

Ive seen a lot of different images online but yours look a bit different to me and the type 1 seems to have a slight bulb on the top serif-also the insides of the loops look more circular to me in your images-either way,yes mine looks more like the type 1 now to me.thanks!

Does look quite different feom the other two '81 proof sets I have here but I guess there can be any number of reasons for that
