Doesn't look MS to me....AU-55 at best IMHO

I think it looks AU on account of it was a weak strike.
I would say, it's MS

The 'weak strike/worn die' thing always gets me. The pros are probably familiar with the dies, but I'm not, so couldn't really tell if it's AU or Unc.
