Hello all. I am new to the site and am looking for some references for Gainesville Coins I'm planning on making a large purchase with them as their prices are very reasonable. How are they as a company? Their inventory and pricing is great, but how is the customer service? Thanks so much for your help!

Welcome to the forum CoinToss.

While I have never personally bought from them, if they're posted here with their own banner on just about every page, I would feel 100% comfortable with any and every aspect of a purchase with them. I'm sure someone will come along with actual experience with them, but take solace in the fact that if Susan and Bobby are willing to advertise for them on this site, they are deserving of that position.

I've bought $20 Gold Saints from Gainesville in the past and met them in person at the ANA show last month. They are very friendly, honest and easy to deal with. I typically have my coins within 2 or 3 days of payment.

I recently started building a date set of $20 Saints and have bought a few from Gainesville, as previously mentioned. All mentions I've found of them on the internet are positive and their prices on the Saints are very hard to beat. In fact, I've wondered how they are able to undersell their competitors. Guess they must be doing it on volume and quick turnaround.

Never dealt with them but if your in doubt, why not just make a few smaller purchses from them to see how they are to work with. Better to be safe than sorry.
