This coin is actually in a third-world holder (NTC) and was graded as a 61. I was able to get it on ebay for $13.00 (including shipping) so I think I did okay even if it does warrant a details grade. The coin definitely does retain some luster even with its terrible strike. I am not sure what the dark spots are (well it isn't green PVC/verdigris) or if they could be treated.
