What does CCF think of this Liberty nickel? I can take additional pictures tomorrow if that would be helpful. Thank you for looking!

XF40 - no obvious signs of cleaning issues ... the dark spots cause me some concern about corrosion.

AU-58 or MS-63 with a terrible strike. The spots on the reverse may warrant a details grade.

Thanks for your opinions; wide range of grades here! This coin is actually in a third-world holder (NTC) and was graded as a 61. I was able to get it on ebay for $13.00 (including shipping) so I think I did okay even if it does warrant a details grade. The coin definitely does retain some luster even with its terrible strike. I am not sure what the dark spots are (well it isn't green PVC/verdigris) or if they could be treated. Regardless, I am happy to have her!
