Hi, I recently came accross 100 ($200) in uncirculated 2009 $2 star notes , the serial number begins with K00,
I havent been able to find anything close to this anywhere, so I wonder if anyone might be able to tell me how much they might be worth?
All 100 of them are crisp and clean, as my bank purchassed them from their commercial vault the day that I picked them up. All 100 of them have the star after the last number in the serial number, and are all in sequential order.
I feel like this is a pretty crazy find and I am geeking out like crazy over here, the most $2 star notes I could find sequentially on ebay and other sites was 11 in a row.
Any thoughts or advice as to how much they could be worth?

these are indeed a very good find, from a run of only 512,000 , printed in ft. worth TX in 2012. value wise I couldn't tell you, probably easily double face value though.

All the series 2009 $2 stars had very low runs. This one is a run of 512,000.

Here's a link that might make you very happy: http://www.executivecurrency.com/co...hp?item=2128

If you're keeping them get a nice acrylic holder for them. About $20 bucks on the bay.
