I have done this with an acetate coin flip, inside a 2x2 cardboard / mylar flip. Just staple the acetate flip in such a way as to stop the coins moving, and the window of the 2x2 large enough to display them all. Only works with small coins.

A mini set, all within one 2x2!

Many dealers in the UK do this with Maundy Sets!
