I call this my first half dollar box because the only other one I searched was a bad skunk about three years ago.

I recently got more time to CRH, and ordered a $500.00 box of halves from my local bank last week. I looked through it and found:

2 90 % (1964-D x2)
10 40 %

1982-P No FG

2002 P & D
2003 D

I thought this was great (I was hoping to just find one silver) but from looking at other posts I am realizing that this may be a very above average haul. Especially since I'm in Chicago and I remember reading that silver hunting here is bad.

I would too! That's better than what I usually get. I consider myself lucky if I get 1 40%er.

You found about $50 of silver so a decent profit.

It's all luck of the draw, regardless of where you're at.
Congrats on the finds!

That's great, I've skunked the last two boxes. Love to find something like that.
