Confederate Notes- Still Need Signature Help

Are these considered Obsolete notes or Confederate

The first is a Confederate States note but is missing a section to the left where there should be a standing figure of Minerva with ONE and DOLLAR above and below the figure. It is catalogue no. NC-2. Plain paper with red back. Dated Oct 10th thorugh Oct 21st, 1861.

The second is also a Confederate States note and is missing a portion of the right edge where TWO is printed at the bottom and RECEIVABLE IN PAYMENT OF ALL PUBLIC DUES should be printed sideways. It is catalogue no. NC-4. There are a few variations. Dated Oct 1st through Oct 6th, 1861.

The third is identical to the first with the same missing section.
