Any ideas?
Mint error, specimen or post mint damage?
It has hand-scraped edge and weighted only 5.7 gr. I have original coin that is 6.4 grams.

Looks like PMD, it's not difficult for anyone to scrape one side off of a coin.

I agree - post strike damage that removed metal. It is not a mint error at all.
