There might be more out there if the ARP hasn't gotten them yet! Here's a great site fir reading about errors: http://www.error-ref.com/part-vi-striking-errors/(to search quickly, press "control+F" on Windows or "command+F on Mac, and for example you want to find die caps type "cap" and press enter)

Yup. For a brown one......with a scratch by the look of it.....I would guess $15 to $35.
