Sorry the pics are small I'm still trying to figure out how to make the scans bigger with more resolution so bear with me. So is this post mint damage or a clipped planchet? I know it's damaged anyway but there's no rim on that small part.

Looks like it but we willl need a closer picture of the clip.

It has the appearance of a coin struck on an incomplete planchet but a bigger picture would help us.

Need a better photo but to me it appears as a post damaged coin.
