Obverse F15. Reverse VF25. Net VF20 details as someone took a scouring pad to the obverse which pretty much destroys the value

I hate to see a nice coin damaged like that. The circulation cameo look is rather awesome IMO.

Thanks for your opinions.
the reverse looks really nice.
The scratches on the obverse are a real pity, but not obvious without a magnifier.
What would be a reasonable value for this coin?
