Possibly Struck Through Grease, but it could be PMD or other factors...

The jacket is showing die abrasion to remove a clash and now is affecting the middle devices. The reverse is showing a die clash under the base and in 2 & 3 bays there are evidence of three possible clash lines. Whether they happen this time, or was never polished off before, I can tell. But it is a strong clash. Probably not a premium coin, but it is interesting.
