maybe the guy isn't smoking anything, maybe he is just a beginner in coin collecting. he might of found it in his change and looked up the grade but not the value. I think he just thinks its really cool and that someone would pay something like that for it but actually no one would. Its funny how you can actually find something like that in your change, iv said before that anything could happen to coins and if something happen to that IHC it would be 126 years down the drain.
