I'd say MD overall and the right end of the middle horizontal line of the 'E' in AMERICA seems to show some notching for some reason.

Definitely MD, notice how the normal size of the devices are reduced.

If you are referring to the lower left edge of the "E" in AMERICA, I feel this is a well placed coin contact mark on that device. We don't see it on any other devices in that area. But It is machine damage on the rest of the devices. The best places to check for the big doubled dies is on the EPU area. They are really strong on these devices on the two known DDR's for that year.
