I have another cent witha question... this 1990 has a raised ridge from the bottom of the bust, around the inside of the rim, through "GOD"..any ideas?

I have a couple more pennies I am looking for help on, please stay tuned....

That is die abrasion from over polishing the dies. It can be seen on either side. But most noticed on the obverse removing some mid areas of the die so that these devices no longer shape parts of the devices. Very common on Zincolns.
