If so, please post in https://goccf.com/t/161525&whichpage=210
The thread is stuck on that year.

Afraid that's a bit late for me Medieval. I can join in when you all reach 1647!

How far back do you go?
Any dated coins from the first century?

I have some from the 1500's. Have you looked at the original How Far Back.. thread? We are stuck on 1495 there so someone posted a 1653 at one point in time.

You're right CK, on the original How Far Back Can We Go thread, member t360 posted his 1653.

You can view this coin on the page linked below.

Maybe we should ask t360 if he would like to post his coin in the new thread?

When I realized that it's really a problem, I immediately searched my catalogue attempts... apparently I have coins from 1651, 1652, and, IIRC, 1654, but no 1653 (that I know of) unfortunately.

That said, I'll probably visit a coin market sometime tomorrow; might look at people's inventories of Livonian solidi and stuff like that and check if anyone happens to have that year.

Perhaps someone should make a thread asking specifically for that date - but I leave that to someone else, since I did not post in that thread (yet).

Feel free to send a PM.

If there is no reply I might have to steal it.
