Can anyone tell me what it is, or what it says?

It's 31mm. No idea of the weight.

Yes, looks real - prior to the Ch'ing dynasty.
Pretty sure 'manymore' can immediately tell you which one it is, if he doesn't show I'll try to match it to clearer identify it.
