looks like cellophane contamination all over this coin. Ungradeable until you get that stuff off of it.

Hard to tell from photo but it looks like it may be circulated and possibly a SWL variety.

Will acetone get rid of the cellophane problem? It makes it quite hard to take a quality picture.

It is in a 1957 PL set, but I know that people have switched these coins out in the past.
