Any chance anyone would like to share examples of the spread sheets they use to keep track on roll hunting info. I would like to start keeping track this year and would like to see others sheets. thanks for any advice.

I only post stats informally here, but some folks have Excel type spreadsheets. You might want to post what type/denominations you are looking to track. Good luck with the project!

I write ALL of my information relating to the coin on the 2x2 which contains it.
Date and price in all cases, denomination, catalog reference numbers and grade if appropriate, and attrubution information if an ancient coin.
This information travels with the coin, if I have to re arrange my collection for any reason.

Has worked well for decades for the core of my collection, with a current size of about 1,500 pieces.

No maintenance of a data base required.
More time to spend with the coins themselves, background reading and searching the 'Net pertaining to them, and enjoying time here with the CCF!

I like using my Excel sheets. I have them add up the boxes, rolls, coins, etc.
