coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 01/02/2015 11:59 pm A struck through error (Grease), is when a die get grease/debris into the die and it prevents the devices from forming where the grease is located. A small amount of grease can block part of the device and it will look wider than normal. If there is a lot of grease in the die, then the coin will be missing that device. Small/heavy grease errors are not real collectable unless they block out most of the devices.
