I bought this clay token at an antique store. I don't know what it is, when it's from, or where its from. all I know is that, after countless hours of research, the part that I have circled in red, is very similar to the flag of the kingdom of Sicily. I appreciate any help anyone can give me, since I don't know much about it. thanks.

Please make a clearer picture (no need to have a frame around), something else from the arms might be identifiable.
Definitely not a coin, could be some sort of token or seal - but could also be a replica of a coin.

What is on the other side? (Picture?) And what is thge diameter?

there isn't any thing on the other side. it is about 24 mm in diameter.

Seems you are right with the arms of Sicily being at the left.
Could be an impression of an older Spanish coin, they had those arms on the right side.
But cannot (at least at the moment) place the arms to the right of it, too many bars for Austria (ie the Habsburg dynasty).

Made some progress on research about the seal. I found quite similar coat of arms, that of king Ferdinand I of Naples.

The arms you marked in the op are the arms of the Kingdom of Sicily during Aragonese rule, ie 1282-1713.
The arms to the right of those look like the arms of the Kingdom of Hungary.

Together that seems to indicate that the seal is related to some ruler of the House of Habsburg.
