Here are couple of relatively common DDO's I recently found in a bag of junk silver Kennedys. These are 1964 D's. First coin is only about XF, second is AU.

I believe these both to be the DDO pictured in Cherrypicker's Vol 2. FS #013.5. Caption reads: "...well known in grades below 65." So, value is probably only slightly above bullion. Still, they're nice to me. Always exciting to find something yourself!

After reading about Ziggy's great find, I guess I'm gonna have to go dig out all those 7 variety sets for 1982 Lincoln cents I have stashed away!

Have a few more junk silver finds to post in a day or two. Might need some help with a couple of them.

Sharp strikes. Even in AU, a nice coin!
