I need help in figuring out what this coin is! It may be a cob coin due to some of the lettering on the front being close to Philip and the back castle design. Have not seen a cob coin with this bust on the front. Please help!

Here's the entry for this coin in the NGC database; the prices they use are taken from the Krause catalogues.

Maybe $10 to $20 in this condition?
