Good looking coin....great price too.
I would have already bought it.

However, I'm with coincollector2000 - that's one nasty gouge. It could very well be why it's going so cheap.

The scratch has to be the cause of the price, which makes it not such a good price.

I would estimate that the scratches and dents would take about 20% off the value at price for grade.
It then becomes an emotional issue:
'Do I still want this coin ot not?'
