I don't think so. Looks like a LDS,there are a lot of flow lines.

To my understanding, the 1960-D LD/SD DDO is always accompanied by a very wide RPM, a faint secondary D far north of the primary D, actually touching the nine of the date. I could not see it on the pictures provided.
As for it being a small date or large date here are the differences between the two.

I think it is, but I would need to see a picture of the full date with all 4 digits to say for sure.
